I’m Tejas (usually go by TJ), an Indian designer based in California, USA. I spent much of my childhood in India...where I developed an interest in art and emerging tech at an early age. I moved to the US in 2024 to attend ArtCenter College of Design, where I am currently studying Product Design.
In the past 2 years, I’ve lived across 3 continents and 5 cities, learning about what design really means across Asia, America, and Europe. During these few years, I’ve had various professional and academic experiences, from interning at some of the best Industrial Design studios in the world and learning at the top institutions.
As a designer, I’ve always loved using storytelling to celebrate the craft. More recently, my focus has evolved to include the people behind the work and how our unique perspectives shape the objects we create.
